Our goal is customer satisfaction. We will do everything possible to make that process effortless. If you are having any issues with the download or install, we will do everything possible to help. Just reach out to support. If for whatever reason, you are not able to download or install the software within 60 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund.

Due to the nature of downloadable software we are not able to offer a trial period and therefore not able to refund the purchase for any other reason.
